It's a one-day event put on by the Chibi Otaku club. There's pretty much no info one what events will be there and it's supposed to be more about sci-fi and fantasy. Frankly, I'm not sure if it'll be all that great, but it's worth mentioning. And it's free. However, it is pretty close to Otakon.
