Okay, just to let u guys know, if we cosplay, the people there is not going to like us because it's a culture festival. I'm not trying to be mean, but my friend is staffing the cherry blossom festival and she's playing the koto and she hears things. So, for our own safety of the staff where pretty kimonos or yukatas, but try not to cosplay. Thanks ^_^

I saw lots of people in kimonos... OTL;;; You might've been one of them (but I didn't realize it). *phails*
I actually spent most of my time in the gardens and along the booths. And I watched a bit of the martial arts bits. lol
