I was told the title of it before a couple weeks ago, but I forgot it... OTL;;;
It's kinda similar to Hetalia (as in being set to the WWII era ), but instead of countries, it's personifying tanks, aircraft, submarines, etc. And the names of the actual equipment remain rather than being given random ones.

OH YEAH!!! My friend Ying showed me pictures. It's pretty close to Hetalia. The characters look similar.
