I say seme. The man tore across Europe and mercilessly beat the crap out of anyone in his path. I can't imagine someone so tough-as-nails being the submissive one in a relationship. That, and well, Italy is a pretty big wuss to begin with. xD
I prefer not to acknowledge the Prussia pairing. For the most part. ;;
